Lawsuit #18: Illegal Claims by Equoinoxxx and Waren1234 on beladesh

Hello,
I am posting this lawsuit at the account of my client, @beladesh, who accuses @Equoinoxxx, @Waren1234 of doing the following illegal act: Illegal Claims.
He/she would like justice to be served, to prevent this from happening again and to sanction the criminal(s) for the damage caused.
The victim describes the act with these exact words:
"equinox and waren forced us to unclaim our zone for them to claim and they say that they will not "declare war" they did it anyways"
To justify his/her claims, the victim would also like to add his/her /f f, the /f f of the criminal(s) and the following proofs:

The lawsuit is refused, because I am not a proof of anything and the claims are legal because they are obtained from the war.
